When you book an appointment with me, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and policies.
An appointment must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours working days notice prior to the appointment time. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee will be charged.
Following a decision by the Canada Revenue Agency, osteopaths who do not have a professional order, are now required to collect taxes since October 1, 2020. This decision is arbitrary because the creation of an order is imminent. The Office des professions du Québec (Hyperlien ajouté)has yet to complete its work on the professional framework for osteopaths.
The rates for my services are $120 plus taxes for 1 hour of consultation. As of October 1, 2022, there will be an increase to $130 plus taxes. I am a member of the S.O.C.A.TO association (Canadian Society for the Tradition of Osteopathy). A receipt for your insurance or for your taxes will be given to you at the end of the consultation. The vast majority of complementary health insurance programs cover part or all of the cost of the consultation.
